Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day bug fix period after project completion for issues related to the agreed-upon specifications.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet requirements not specified in the project agreement.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination:
